1.汽車起(qi)重機
汽(qi)車(che)(che)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji):汽(qi)車(che)(che)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)英文名(ming)Truck Crane,國內用QY表示,如(ru)QY20/20t汽(qi)車(che)(che)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(汽(qi)車(che)(che)吊)。將起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)通用或(huo)專(zhuan)用汽(qi)車(che)(che)底盤上(shang)底盤性能等同(tong)于(yu)同(tong)樣整車(che)(che)總(zong)重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)載重(zhong)(zhong)汽(qi)車(che)(che),符合(he)公(gong)路車(che)(che)輛的(de)(de)技術要(yao)求(qiu),因而可在(zai)各(ge)類(lei)公(gong)路上(shang)通行無阻。此種起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)一般(ban)備有(you)上(shang)、下車(che)(che)兩個(ge)操縱(zong)室,作業時必需伸出支腿(tui)保持穩定。起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)的(de)(de)范圍很大,可從(cong)8噸(dun)~1000噸(dun),底盤的(de)(de)車(che)(che)軸數,可從(cong)2~10根。是產量(liang)最(zui)(zui)大,使用最(zui)(zui)廣泛的(de)(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)類(lei)型。
2.輪胎起(qi)重機

3.越野輪胎起重機
是70年(nian)代發展起來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種起重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji),其吊(diao)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)功(gong)能(neng)與輪(lun)(lun)胎起重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相似,也可進行不用(yong)支腿吊(diao)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)及吊(diao)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)行駛。所不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是底盤(pan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)形式及由獨特的(de)(de)(de)(de)底盤(pan)結構(gou)所帶來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)行駛性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao)。這種起重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發動機(ji)(ji)(ji)均裝在(zai)(zai)底盤(pan)上,底盤(pan)有(you)兩根(gen)車軸及四個(ge)(ge)大直徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)越野花紋(wen)輪(lun)(lun)胎。四個(ge)(ge)車輪(lun)(lun)均為驅動輪(lun)(lun)及轉向(xiang)輪(lun)(lun),當在(zai)(zai)泥濘不平的(de)(de)(de)(de)工地上轉移工位時,四個(ge)(ge)車輪(lun)(lun)都(dou)傳遞(di)動力(li),即四輪(lun)(lun)驅動,以提高(gao)(gao)通過泥濘地面(mian)(mian)及不平路面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)。當在(zai)(zai)平坦路面(mian)(mian)以較(jiao)快(kuai)速度行駛時,只用(yong)前軸或后軸的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩個(ge)(ge)車輪(lun)(lun)驅動,以減少能(neng)耗。在(zai)(zai)起重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)隨機(ji)(ji)(ji)文件中(zhong),用(yong)4×4表(biao)(biao)示四輪(lun)(lun)驅動,4×2表(biao)(biao)示4個(ge)(ge)車軸中(zhong)有(you)兩個(ge)(ge)車輪(lun)(lun)是驅動輪(lun)(lun)。該車型適(shi)合狹(xia)小的(de)(de)(de)(de)場(chang)地作業。可實現連續無級變(bian)(bian)速,在(zai)(zai)路面(mian)(mian)阻力(li)突變(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia)發動機(ji)(ji)(ji)也不會(hui)熄火(huo),因而極大的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)便了司機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)操作。可以所越野輪(lun)(lun)胎起重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是一(yi)種性(xing)能(neng)擴展了的(de)(de)(de)(de)、強(qiang)力(li)而靈活的(de)(de)(de)(de)輪(lun)(lun)胎起重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。
4.全地面(mian)式
也叫全路(lu)面起重機(ji)(ji),是(shi)一(yi)種兼有(you)汽車起重機(ji)(ji)和(he)越野(ye)起重機(ji)(ji)特點的(de)高性能產(chan)品。它既能像汽車起重機(ji)(ji)一(yi)樣(yang)快速(su)轉移、長距(ju)離行(xing)駛(shi),又可滿足在狹小和(he)崎嶇不平或泥濘場地上(shang)作業的(de)要求,即行(xing)駛(shi)速(su)度快,多(duo)橋(qiao)驅動,全輪轉向(xiang)(xiang),三種轉向(xiang)(xiang)方式,離地間(jian)隙大(da),爬坡能力高,可蟹形行(xing)走,是(shi)一(yi)種極有(you)發展前途的(de)產(chan)品。但價格較高,對使用和(he)維護水平要求較高。
5.履(lv)帶起重機
履帶起(qi)重機(履帶吊(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao))Crawler Crane,國(guo)內一(yi)般用QUY表示。但是三一(yi)的吊(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)車為(wei)(wei)跟(gen)國(guo)際接軌(gui),使用英文(wen)命名規則(ze),其(qi)(qi)履帶吊(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)代(dai)號為(wei)(wei)SCC(SANY Crawler Crane的英文(wen)頭字母)。履帶吊(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)的主要(yao)(yao)特點(dian)是:其(qi)(qi)行(xing)駛駕駛室與起(qi)重操縱(zong)室合(he)二為(wei)(wei)一(yi)、接地(di)面(mian)(mian)積大(da)、對地(di)面(mian)(mian)的平(ping)(ping)均壓力(li)較(jiao)小、穩定性好、可在(zai)松軟、泥濘地(di)面(mian)(mian)作(zuo)業;牽引系(xi)數高(gao)、爬坡度大(da)、可在(zai)崎嶇不平(ping)(ping)的場地(di)上行(xing)駛;但履帶吊(diao)(diao)(diao)(diao)行(xing)駛速度慢(man)、而且(qie)行(xing)駛過(guo)程要(yao)(yao)損(sun)壞(huai)路面(mian)(mian)、因此(ci)轉場作(zuo)業時需(xu)要(yao)(yao)通過(guo)平(ping)(ping)板拖車裝運、機動性差。
6.特種(zhong)起重機(ji)
為(wei)完(wan)成某種特定任務而研制(zhi)的專用起重(zhong)機。例如:為(wei)機械化部隊實施戰術技術保障用的、裝(zhuang)在越野汽車(che)(che)(che)或裝(zhuang)甲車(che)(che)(che)上的起重(zhong)輪(lun)救車(che)(che)(che);為(wei)處(chu)理交通事故(gu)用的公路清障車(che)(che)(che)等,均(jun)屬此(ci)類。
起(qi)重機(ji)的工作類(lei)型(xing):指(zhi)起(qi)重機(ji)工作忙閑程(cheng)度和載荷變化程(cheng)度的參(can)數。
工(gong)作忙閑程(cheng)度,對起重機(ji)來說,就(jiu)是(shi)指在(zai)一(yi)年(nian)總時(shi)(shi)間內(nei),起重機(ji)的實際運(yun)轉時(shi)(shi)數(shu)與總時(shi)(shi)數(shu)之(zhi)比;對機(ji)構(gou)來說,則是(shi)指一(yi)個機(ji)構(gou)在(zai)一(yi)年(nian)時(shi)(shi)間內(nei)運(yun)轉時(shi)(shi)數(shu)與總時(shi)(shi)數(shu)之(zhi)比。在(zai)起重機(ji)的一(yi)個工(gong)作循環中,機(ji)構(gou)運(yun)轉時(shi)(shi)間所占的百(bai)分比,稱(cheng)為該機(ji)構(gou)的負載持續率,用JC表示。
載荷(he)變化程度,按(an)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)起(qi)(qi)重量(liang)設(she)計的(de)起(qi)(qi)重機在(zai)實(shi)際(ji)作(zuo)業(ye)中,起(qi)(qi)重機所起(qi)(qi)吊(diao)的(de)載荷(he)往往小于額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)起(qi)(qi)重量(liang)。這種載荷(he)的(de)變化程度用起(qi)(qi)重量(liang)利用系數k表(biao)示。k=起(qi)(qi)重機在(zai)全(quan)年實(shi)際(ji)起(qi)(qi)重量(liang)的(de)平均值/起(qi)(qi)重機的(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)起(qi)(qi)重量(liang)。
根(gen)據起重(zhong)(zhong)機的工作忙閑程度和載荷變化程度,通常把起重(zhong)(zhong)機的工作類型劃分為(wei):輕級(ji)、中級(ji)、重(zhong)(zhong)級(ji)和特重(zhong)(zhong)級(ji)4種級(ji)別。
起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)類型和(he)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量是兩個不(bu)同的(de)(de)概(gai)念,起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量大,不(bu)一(yi)(yi)定是重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)級(ji)(ji)(ji),起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量小(xiao),也(ye)不(bu)一(yi)(yi)定是輕級(ji)(ji)(ji)。如水(shui)電站用的(de)(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)的(de)(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量達數百噸,但(dan)使(shi)用機(ji)會卻(que)很少,只有在(zai)安裝機(ji)組(zu)、修理機(ji)組(zu)時才使(shi)用,其余(yu)時間都(dou)停歇在(zai)那里(li),所以(yi)盡管起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量很大,但(dan)還是屬(shu)于輕級(ji)(ji)(ji)。又如車站貨場用的(de)(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji),雖(sui)然起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)量不(bu)大,但(dan)工(gong)作(zuo)非常繁忙,屬(shu)于重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)級(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)類型。
起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作類(lei)(lei)型與安全(quan)(quan)性能(neng)有著十分(fen)密切的(de)關系(xi)(xi)。起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)、跨(kua)度、起(qi)(qi)升高度相同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji),如果工(gong)(gong)作類(lei)(lei)型不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),在設(she)計(ji)制造時,所采取的(de)安全(quan)(quan)系(xi)(xi)數就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)相同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),也就(jiu)是零部件型號(hao)、尺(chi)寸、規格各不(bu)(bu)相同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。如鋼絲繩(sheng)、制動器由于工(gong)(gong)作類(lei)(lei)型不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),安全(quan)(quan)系(xi)(xi)數不(bu)(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(輕級安全(quan)(quan)系(xi)(xi)數小、重(zhong)(zhong)級安全(quan)(quan)系(xi)(xi)數大),所選(xuan)出的(de)型號(hao)就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)相同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。再如同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是10t的(de)橋(qiao)式起(qi)(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji),對于中級工(gong)(gong)作類(lei)(lei)型(JC=25%)的(de)起(qi)(qi)升電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)為(wei)(wei)N=16KW,而對于重(zhong)(zhong)級工(gong)(gong)作類(lei)(lei)型(JC=40%)起(qi)(qi)升電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)則為(wei)(wei)N=23.5KW。
從以(yi)上情況(kuang)可知,如(ru)果把輕級工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)類型(xing)的(de)起重機用在重級工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)類型(xing)的(de)場所,起重機就(jiu)會經常出故障,影響安全(quan)生產。所以(yi)在安全(quan)檢查(cha)時(shi),要注(zhu)意起重機的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)類型(xing)必須與工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)條件相符合。
起重機特性曲(qu)線:由(you)起重機結構的承載(zai)能力、臂(bei)架的起重能力和(he)整(zheng)機抗傾覆(fu)穩定性三條曲(qu)線的包絡(luo)線。
7.纜索式
